Terms & Conditions

1. The prize must be booked during any low season week as determined by Travel England Tours (TET Battlefield Tours) before 31 December 2021.
2. The winning party must agree to the Travel England Tours (TET Battlefield Tours) standard bookings terms and conditions.
3. Travel costs to the tour start location are not included in the prize, the winner will need to make their own travel arrangements to the tour start point. No other costs are included in the prize.
4. Entrants must be 18 or over to enter, and must not be an employee of any of the businesses involved.
5. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative available.
6. The draw will be made by Travel England Tours (TET Battlefield Tours) and their decision is final. The winner will be notified by email within 14 days after the draw. If the selected winner does not return our approaches for contact subsequent to the closing of the competition, we reserve the right to invalidate their claim and select an alternative winner. The winner will also be announced on the TET Battlefield Tours Facebook page, on email newsletters and other promotional material.
7. If you choose to opt into the Travel England Tours (TET Battlefield Tours) mailing list, we will contact you with ongoing information about our products and services. None of the businesses providing the prize will rent, sell or lease this personally identifiable information to other companies or individuals. You may opt out at any time. All names and email addresses will be entered into a free prize draw, only one entry per person (we will not accept automated entries).
8. This prize is limited to up to a 1 day tour and a maximum of 2 people.
9. If due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to provide the stated prize, we reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
10. By providing personally identifiable information when entering this free prize draw, Travel England Tours (TET Battlefield Tours) may use it to provide you with ongoing information about their products and services.
11. You may unsubscribe at any time.
12. By entering this competition you understand that we will retain your information only for the purposes of selecting a competition winner and for no longer than is necessary unless you have subscribed to receive updates from Travel England Tours (TET Battlefield Tours).
